沥青工和焦炉工染色体畸变及血清P21蛋白水平的研究

【摘要】 本研究对11名焦炉工和11名沥青工染色体畸变及血清P21蛋白进行了联合检测,接触组染色体畸变及血清P21蛋白水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),沥青工和焦炉工染色体畸变无显著住差异(P>0.05),沥青工P21蛋白水平显著高于焦炉工(P<0.05),有2名沥青工血清P21蛋白用性。染色体畸变与血清P21蛋白水平无明显直线相关关系。结果提示,P21阳性个体有发生用变的潜在危险,接触多环芳烃类物质可以造成染色体损伤和ras基因表达的增强,沥青烟气对P21蛋白表达水平的升高有较强的作用。
【Abstract】 11 cokeworkersand11 pitch workers were concurtently screened by chromosomalaberration and serum P21 oncoprotein,2 of 11 pitch workers were positive for P21 protcin. The chromosomal aberration and P21 protein level of both exposed groups were significantlyhigher than the control,the chromosomal aberration of both exposed groups had no signifi- cantly difference,but the P21 protein level of the pitch workers was significantly highcr thanthat of the coke workers,the sum of chromosomal aberration had no linear correlation withthe corresporlding P21 level.It was suggested that the individuakpositive of serum P21 pro- tein might have remarkably high risk for developing cancer,exposure to PAHs could causechromosomal damage and the enhance of P21 protein,the pitch smoke might have strongereffect on thc enhance of P21 protein.
