SG及微量Bi对球铁电弧冷焊时焊接性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了SG变质剂及微量Bi在焊条药皮中不同配比之下,对球铁同质电弧冷焊焊接性的影响。结果表明,在焊条药皮其它组分合适时,由于SG及Bi的复合孕育作用,要有效地克服球铁冷焊焊接接头的白口倾向,并能使焊缝基体铁素体比例达95%左右,从而显著地降低接头硬度和裂纹倾向。

【Abstract】 The effects of various contut of SG inoculant and trace Bi in the welding flux on the weldability of ductile cast iron in arc cold welding with the same composition welding rod were studied. The results showed that, when burdening welding flux and other components is proper, the chilling tendency of welding joint for ductile cast iron in arc cold welding was prevented due to composite inoculating effect of SG and Bi ) and ferritic matrix up to 95% in weld bead can be obtained, thus reducing the hardness of welding joint and tendency of cracking considerably.
