离心铸造制备功能梯度材料强化质点分布的数理模型及数值模拟

【摘要】 在综合考查质点相互作用的关系及液态合金粘性后,运用连续性理论建立了离心力场高密度强化质点浓度分布的数学物理模型;采用麦考马克二步格式和局部系数冻结法对离散化方程进行数值求解;并就各种工艺参数对强化质点分布的影响,进行了数值预测。

【Abstract】 Based on investigation into interaction relation of particles and viscosity of molten metal,the mathematical model of concentration distribution of heavy density reinforcemental particles in centrifugal force field has been established using the continuity theory,the numerical solution was carried out on discretization differential equation by means of Maccomark two-step formal and local coefficient freezing method,the effects of various technological parameters on the distribution of reinforcement particles were numerically predicted.
