竹类中黄酮类化合物总量的研究

【摘要】 以芦丁为标样,用分光光度法测定了14种竹子的竹叶、竹枝中黄酮类化合物的总量,比较了样品的3种预处理方法对黄酮提取率的影响,分别以热水、乙醇、甲醇为溶剂测定了竹类中黄酮类化合物的提取率,讨论了竹龄对黄酮类化合物总量的影响。

【Abstract】 Flavonoid content in bamboo leaf and branch from 14 bamboo species were determined by spectrophotometric method using rutin as standard sample. The f lavonoid extract rate with three different sample pretreatments were studied. The air dried sample had the highest extract rate. The various aged bamboo leaf had different f lavonoid content. The two year leaf had more f lavonoid content than one year leaf. Hot water, ethanol and methanol were used as solvent. Ethanol and methanol had higher extract rate than hot water.
