【Abstract】 Flavonoid content in bamboo leaf and branch from 14 bamboo species were determined by spectrophotometric method using rutin as standard sample. The f lavonoid extract rate with three different sample pretreatments were studied. The air dried sample had the highest extract rate. The various aged bamboo leaf had different f lavonoid content. The two year leaf had more f lavonoid content than one year leaf. Hot water, ethanol and methanol were used as solvent. Ethanol and methanol had higher extract rate than hot water.更多还原
