【摘要】 复方丹参口服液系由丹参、丹皮组成。该制剂系复方丹参膏的剂型改进品。其0.4g/kg、4g/kg、40g/kg 给小鼠灌服,可使常压缺氧存活时间延长20～38%。该品大、中剂量可明显减少垂体后叶素所致心电图 ST 段上移及 T 波低平;明显缩小结扎动物冠状动脉所致心肌梗塞范围,使梗塞区占心脏比例由28%降为14%、18%;对实验性肾性高血压大鼠有缓慢、温和的降压效应,停药后该作用持续5天以上;可明显拮抗垂体后叶素所致微循环障碍,呈现良好改善微循环作用。实验表明,本品量效反应关系较有规律。本品药效作用稍优于复方丹参膏,但无统计学差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Composite Salvia miltiorrhiza oral liquor (CSML) consists of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Paeonia suffroticasa, which is the modification of composite Salvia miltiorrhiza soft extract.After medication of 0.4.4 and 40 g/kg of the drug,the survival time under hypoxia with normal pressure was prolonged for 20-38%.The large and medi- um doses of the drug markedly reduced the pituitary induced ST segment elevation and low flat T wave.They re- duce markedly the area of myocardial infarction by means of ligating coronary artery in rabbits and the proportion of the infarction are in heart from 28% to 14% and 18% respectively.The drug had slow and mild hypotensive effect in rats with experimental renal hypertension.The effect lasted for more than 5 days after withdrew of the drug.The drug antagonized the pituitrin induced microcirculation disorders which showed the effect of improving microcirculation.The data indicted that the dose-dependent effect of the drug was regular and that the effect of CSML was slightly better than that of soft extract with insignificant difference statistically.更多还原
