【Abstract】 The recipe of promoting blood circulation to remove stasis and regulating Qi (PBCRS-RQ) are commonly used to treat Syndrome of blood stasis.In order to probe into the essence of blood stasis Syndrome.we observed the effect of PBCRS-RQ recipe on hemorheology and fluidity of RBC membrane in old rats.The rats were divided into three groups:young,senile and medicated senile rats.The results showed that senile group compared with young group,nine indexes in hemorheology were significantly different (P<0.05,P<0.01).Deformability of RBC and fluidity of RBC membrane were obviously decreased,group of medicated rats compared with senile group,index of RBC aggregation and aggregation rate of platelets were obviously decreasd.But RBC deformabil- ity and fluidity of RBC membrane were obviously increased.Senile rats formed changes of hemorheology of stick- y,thick,coagulating,and aggregating blood.Senile rats were naturally formed model of blood stasis.The PBCRS-RQ recipe could improve functions of platelets and RBC.更多还原
