【摘要】 选用 Wistar 大鼠和 DBA 小鼠两种动物,根据中医“肾主骨,为先天之本”理论,用母代鼠避光饲养,再对子代鼠给予低钙饮食饲养,复制肾虚动物模型,并以Ⅱ型胶原所致动物关节病变作为载体因素,探讨肾虚痹证的发病机理。结果表明:肾虚痹证动物关节病变比单纯Ⅱ型胶原所致的关节病变更为严重,其骨小梁及关节软骨的改变比单纯肾虚动物的改变也更为严重。提示肾虚是痹证发病的重要因素;根据“痹证从肾论治”理论,该肾虚痹证动物模型更适用于开发治疗痹证中成药的药理学研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on“The Kidney being in charge of the bone and the origin of congenital constitution”in TCM theory, the female Wistar rats and DBA mice were bred in dark environment,and their filial weaned generations were fed with low calcium diet to duplicate the Kidney Deficiency (KD) model.Then the animals were immunized with type Ⅱ collagen in order to explore the pathogenesis of the arthralgia-Syndrome.The results showed that patho- logical changes of bone trabecula and cartilage in the arthralgia-Syndrome animals with simple KD were severer comparing to those in the animals with simple KD,and the joint pathological changes were severer comparing to those in the animals with simple type Ⅱ collagen immunization.The results suggested that the arthralgia-Syn- drome animal model could be applied for pharmacological studies in development of the Chinese medicinal herbs.更多还原
