【摘要】 慢支固本冲剂的药效学实验系在慢性支气管炎(慢支)模型鼠中进行,其中一组经口喂饲慢支固本冲剂,另一组喂水作对照,病理学检查给药组未发现明显的气管粘膜上皮损害,而未给药的模型组则出现典型的慢支病变,细菌感染试验给药组鼠的气管培养活菌计数远较未给药的模型组为少。此外,给药组在镇咳、平喘、祛痰及提高机体免疫力和体力等方面均有显著的疗效。上述效果可能是通过保护和修复呼吸道粘膜上皮的屏障作用而获得的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment was designed to test the effect of Manzhi Guben Granule(MGG)in chronic bronchitis of mice model.Two groups of mice model were used,one received MGG by oral administration and another re- ceived only water as control.Pathological examination displayed the injuried epithelium of trachea was not found in MGG receiving mice while control mice displayed typical chronic bronchitis lesion.In bacteria culture it showed that in MGG receiving mice viable counts of bacteria were much less than those in the control mice.In addition the results also revealed that there was a significant difference between MGG group and control group in the relief of cough,asthma and sputum spitting,and in increasing the activity of immunity and energy.It is sug- gested that the effect of MGG in treating chronic bronchitis and anti-infection is through protecting and restoring the barrier mechanism of respiratory mucosa system.更多还原
