【摘要】 本研究观察了活血化瘀理气方对高脂动物红细胞膜流动性和血液流变性的影响,在所测定的血液流变学15项指标中,造模组与空白对照组比较,有血沉、K 值、血栓长度、血栓湿重、血栓干重和血小板(PC)聚集率6项指标出现显著性差异(P<0.05和 P<0.01),造模组与中药组比较,各项指标均无显著性差异。红细胞膜流动性造模组比空白对照组膜偏振度明显增大(P<0.05),中药组比造模组和空白对照组明显减少(P<0.01和P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of Blood Flow Promoting,Blood Stasis Removing and Qi Regulating Recipe on fluidity of the erythrocyte membrane and hemorheology of hyperlipemic animals was observed.Of the 15 indexes examined,six indexes(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,K value,length of thrombus,wet weight of thrombus,dry weight of thrombus and platelet aggregation)showed significant difference(P<0.05 and P<0.01)between the experi- mental group and the control group,but there was no significant difference among these indexes between the ex- perimental group and the control group treated with Chinese herbs.The fluidity of the erythrocyte membrane was greater obviously in its polarization angle in the experimental group than that in the control group,while it was much smaller in the group treated with Chinese herbs than that in the experimental and control groups.更多还原
