【摘要】 利用结扎兔大脑中动脉制成的急性脑缺血模型,观察了电针风池、曲池、三阴交穴对脑组织中脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。实验中发现,缺血后1h 脑组织过氧化脂质含量明显升高,直至7天仍持续升高,SOD 活性下降。而电针组脑组织 LPO 含量与缺血组比较明显降低,SOD 活性升高。提示脑缺血后自由基产生增加,自由基清除剂 SOD 活性下降,针刺对它们有调整作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cerebral ischemic models of rabbits with middle cerebral artery ligation were used to observe the effect of acupuncture on lipid peroxidase(LPO)contents and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities in iscbemic brains after the electroacupuncture at the Fengchi.Quchi and Sanyinjiao points.The results shown that the level of LPO were increased significantly and SOD activities were decreased markedly 60 rain after cerebral ischemia and lasted for 7 days.But in the electroacupunctured group LPO contents were lower,SOD activities were higher than the cerebral ischemic group.It indicated that acupuncture exerted regulatory effect on LPO level and SOD activity in ischemic brain.更多还原
