复方丹参液治疗肢体缺血再灌注损伤的实验研究
Experiment of Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury of Limbs Using Composite Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection
【摘要】 用家兔造成肢体缺血再灌注损伤的动物模型,并用复方丹参液治疗。结果表明,用药后血中丙二醛(MDA)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)值较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),电镜下见骨骼肌细胞损害也轻于对照组。说明丹参可抑制氧自由基的产生并减轻骨骼肌细胞的损害,对肢体缺血再灌注损伤有治疗作用。
【Abstract】 Animal model of ischemia/reperfusion injury of limbs was made in rabbits.Composite Salviae miltiorrhiza was used to cure it.The results showed that the level of malondialdehyde(MDA),creatine phosphokinase (CPK),glatamic oxalo-acetic transaminase(GOT)in serum in experimental group was lower than that o[ control group(P<0.05)and that the lesion of muscle cell under electron microscope was milder,which means that the composite Salvia miltiorrhiza could inhibit the prodution of oxygen free radical and reduce the lesion of muscle cell.The herb has protective effect on ischemia/reperfusion injury of limbs.
