【摘要】 大鼠颈动脉插管测压研究表明:黄芪、杜仲和五味子(1.0g/kg)静脉注射可引起麻醉高血压大鼠(SHR)短暂以舒张压为显著的降压作用,两种或三种中药合用可增强降压效果。麦冬(1.0g/kg)静脉注射有弱的升压作用。甜菊甙(33mg/kg)可明显增加中药复方的作用(P<0.05)。清醒 SHR 尾套法测压研究表明:上述4种药按2∶2∶1∶1组成复方灌胃,可产生慢而久、不影响心率的收缩压降低。甜菊甙可增强中药和尼群地平(3mg/kg)灌胃的降压作用。由中药、尼群地平和甜菊甙组成复方灌胃可使清醒 SHR 产生迅速(1h)、强大(—5.3±1.3kPa)和持久的降压作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A rapid,transient decrease on blood pressure,especially on diastolic blood pressure was induced dose-de- pendently by Astragalus membranaceus(AM),Eucommia ulmoides(EU),Schisandra sinensis(SS).in anes- thetized spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHR).The depressor effects could be potentiated by combination of AM, EU and /or SS.Ophiopogon japonica(OJ)1.0 g/kg,iv could produce a mild raise on systolic blood pressure (SBP)(P<0.05).The composite Astragalus solution(ACS)was composed of AM(2),EU(2).SS(1)and OJ (1).The moderate decrease on SBP(1.9±1.5 and 3.5±1.3 kPa)could be induced by ACS(1.2 and 3.0 g/kg, po)in the conscious SHR by tail-cuff method.Stevioside(50mg/kg,po)didn’t significantly change SBP,but might potentiate the depressor role of ACS 1.2g/kg or nitrendipine 3mg/kg.A rapid and powerful depressor ef- fect could be shown(5.3±1.3 kPa),lasting over 6 h in conscious SHRs administrated together with ACS(1.2g/ kg)nitrendipine(3 mg/kg)axed stevioside(50mg/kg).These results suggested there might be a significant syn- ergistic effect among the three agents.更多还原
