【Abstract】 The protective effects of Sini Decoction(SD)on experimental myocardial ischemia were studied.Results in- dicated that index for glycogen granules of ischemic myocardium with SD group was higher than that without SD group(11.3±1.8 vs 5.8±1.1.P<0.01).suggesting that SD significantly decreases the ischemia-induced my- ocardial glycogen consumption.In SD group,the mitochondrial specific surface of myocardium was larger than that of the ischemic group(6.33±0.17 vs 5.35±0.26,P<0.01),the mitochondrial volum density of myocardi- um of SD group was lower than that of the ischemic group(33.45±2.71% vs 37.65±1.83%.P<0.05).sug- gesting that SD siginificantly reduced the ischemia-induced mitochondrial swelling.There was no difference in the myofibrii volume density between the two group(P>0.05).It indicated that SD could significantly prevent ischemic injury to myocardium.更多还原
