大惯性温度控制系统的工程设计
THE OPTIMAL DESIGN METHOD OF LARGE INERTIA TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM
【摘要】 过程控制系统中,被控对象是大惯性动态系统的情况是很常见的.现采用最佳极点配置进行系统设计,并引入现代控制理论中状态反馈概念,在系统内用工程常用仪表构造状态观测器,用状态观测器估计被控对象的某个中间状态,以其作为超前反馈信号,从而改善系统动态品质,提高系统的抗干扰性能.
【Abstract】 The large inertia temperature control system is introduced.According to the optimal placement of poles.A state observer which consists of general instrument is used.In this sys- tem,a certain intermidate state of the controlled object is estimated and make the state as the lead-feedback signal.Thus the system’s transient performance and enhance its capability of resisting disturbance are improved.To a certain extend,the method has both technological advances and ecnomical value.
