【摘要】 本文报道我院自１９６３年７月～１９９０年１０月收治子宫内膜间质肉瘤２６例，占同期女性生殖肿瘤０．１９％，其中低度恶性者２２例，高度恶性者４例。此类肿瘤临床诊断较困难随病理类型的不同，恶性程度预后悬殊较大。本组术前确诊仅８例占３０．８％，主要依靠术后病理诊断。由于该肿瘤少见，其命名也不统一，本文就肿瘤命名及组织学诊断进行了讨论，对本病的治疗以手术为主，Ⅰ～Ⅱ期患者应作广泛性全子宫加盆腔淋巴结清除术，并配合化疗，放疗及孕激素治疗可取得较好的疗效；对复发患者如能及时发现正确处理，采用化疗、放疗配合孕激素治疗仍可有良好疗效。患者三年，五年生存率分别为５８．３％及４７．６％。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-six cases of endometrial stromal sarcoma treated in our hospital between July 1963and October 1990 were reviewed. Among them, four cases were high malignant endometrial stroma sarcoma and twenty-two were low malignant one. The clinical manifestation prior to treatment, nomenclature of tumor and histological diagnosis were discussed.The combination of surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy and progestin therapy were used in the management of this disease. In this series, the three-and five-year survival rates were 58.3% and 47.6% respectively.更多还原
