【摘要】 采用控制泌尿系感染，给予对膀胱功能恢复有针对性的中西药物及有步骤的训练方法，对截瘫患者进行康复治疗。结果绝大多数患者（２６／３０）在伤后８周内拔除了导尿管，骶髓以上损伤的全瘫患者全部建立了自动反射膀胱，骶髓部损伤的全瘫患者全部建立了自主脊髓膀胱，泌尿系感染均得到控制，膀胱功能获得平衡及稳定。临床观察结果证明了该法的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty cases of vesical dysfunction in paraplegia were treated by step-bystep training and Chinese and Western drugs, which could effectively control urinary infection and accelerate bladder function recovery. The results showed that urinary catheters were removed in 26 of 30 cases in 8 weeks post-injury;auto-reflex bladder was established in all cases of over-sacral-cord injury and autonomic bladder in all cases of sacral-region injury; the urinary infection was controlled; the balance and stability were obtained in the bladder function.
