【Abstract】 cases of chest carcinoid tumor were reported. Among them,14 were thymic carcinoid,17 bronchial carcinoid. The tumor was associated with ectopic ACTH syndrome in 17 patients. Metastasis occurred in 10 patients(32%). 24 patients underwent surgical operation of their primary thymic or bronchial neoplasms, and 5 of these received postoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy or both. Exploratory thoracotomy and biopsy were perfonned in 4 patients,28 patients were confimed by surgical and pathological findings.更多还原
