【Abstract】 n- Yu-Zhixuefen (AYZXF, 0.214-0.856g/kg qd, 5-7d, ig) was shown to be an effective anti-ulcer agentin four experimental models in rats and mice, namely the stress restraint--induced, histamine--induced, salicylic acidinduced and reserpine-induced ulcers. In four experimental models, AYZXF could inhibit gastric ulcer by 19. 03-63. 06%, 51. 26￣84. 54 %, 65. 70-76. 30% and 33. 60-64. 75% respectively. Among them, the histamineinduced and salicylic acid-induced ulcer were particularly markedly inhibited. The result suggested that AYZXF had theprotective action from the gastric peptic ulcer.更多还原
