银杏甲素对免疫功能的影响及其拮抗过敏介质的作用
Effects of Ginkgo Bilobal a on Immunologic Functionand Antagonism on Anaphylactic Mediator
【摘要】 银杏甲素20mg/kg,40mg/kgip能明显减轻小鼠免疫器官重量,抑制小鼠碳粒廓清速率,抑制SRBC致敏小鼠溶血素的形成,抑制SRBC所致的足垫迟发型超敏反应(DTH)。银杏甲素能桔抗过敏介质LTD4、LTC4、5-HT、PGF2 所致的豚鼠回肠收缩反应,并能对抗LTD4和5-HT所致的肺灌流量减少。
【Abstract】 inkgo Bi1Obol A(GBA 20, 40mg/kg)could decreased the weishts of thymus and spleens,decreased the clearancerate of iv charcoal Particles,inhibited the production of anti-SRBC hemolysin and suppressed the delayed type of hy-persensitivity in mice immunized with SRBC.GBA could antagonize contraction of ileum induced by LTD4,LTC4,PGF2 , 5-HT and antasonized the reduction ofpulmonary bronchus Perfusive volume induced by LTD4,5-HT in suinea pig.
