【Abstract】 The left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVDd) was measured in 154 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), all patients were followed up for 36.8 months (mean value ). The results showed that the mean life-time of the patients with LVDd■70mm was significantly shorter than that of the patients with LVDd< 70mm. It is suggested that LVDd can be used toevaluate the prognosis of the pa tients with DCM.更多还原
