【摘要】 将12个兔腹壁浅动脉带蒂皮瓣分成激光组和对照组（各6个皮瓣），将前者用低功率（0．352mW／cm2）氦－氖激光（He－Ne）照射，每日1次，共6次，实验结果为两组皮瓣在红种、积脓、细菌培养及病理检查等指标上均有明显差异，激光组炎症明显轻于对照组，证明低功率He－Ne激光照射确能有效地治疗皮瓣感染，是一种值得临床试用的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twelve lower abdominal skin flaps of 12 rabits were used and 6 were randomly grouped as control, the other 6 received the Helium-Neon laser. the pow er of He-Ne laser is 0. 352mW/cm2. The laser group were irradiated for six days and one time every day. the experimental results showed: the inflammatory reac tions of the laser group wer e obviously lower than the control group.
