【Abstract】 A catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method has been established for the determination of trace Mn(Ⅱ), based on the catalytic action of Mn(Ⅱ)on the oxidation - reduction reaction between KIO4 and KI in the presence of 1, 10 -phenanthroline and in HAc-NaAc buffer solution. The linear relationship is obeyed in the range of 0～5 ×10-8mol. L-1 for Mn(Ⅱ), and the detection limit of Mn (Ⅱ) is 1. 27 ×10-8mol. L-1. This method has been applied to the determination of trace Mn(Ⅱ) in two kinds of Chinese medicine (Epimedium macranthum Morren et Decaisne and Isatis tinctoria L. ) with satisfactory results.更多还原
