【摘要】 本文报告用快速尿素酶试验检测516例有消化道不适症状的60岁以上老年患者幽门螺杆菌（HelicobacterPylori，HP）的感染情况。总感染率为37．9％。活动性慢性胃炎，胃溃疡，十二指肠球及复合溃疡HP感染率分别为86％，62．3％，63．6％和64．3％；而非动性慢性胃炎及胃癌的HP感染率分别为22．5％和24．2％。两组的HP感染率有明显差别（P＜0．01）。结果提示HP感染与活动性慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡的发病有密切关系．亦可能是胃癌发生的重要始发因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reports Hellcobacter Plylori (HP) infection of 516 patientaged more than 60 years old with dyspensia. HP was determined by rapid ureasetest. The infection rate of HP was 37.9% among 516 patlents. At was found outthat the infection rate of HP respectiuely was 86%, 62. 3%, 63. 6% and 64. 3N a-mong the patients with the disease of active chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer, duode-nal ulcer and complex ulcer, but, the infection rate of HP was 22. 5% and 24. 2%among the patieats with inactive chronic gastritis and gastric carcinoma. The diffe-nence between them is remarkable (P< 0. 001). This result suggeats that thereshould be a close relatlon between HP infection and active chronic gastritis and pep-tlc ulcer, or possibly HP infectlon is one causative factors of gastric carcihoma.更多还原
