【摘要】 我院自1989年起开展骨膜移植股骨头软骨再造术．早期均以肋骨做骨膜源，可取量小，且有穿破胸膜之忧。为此，我们设计了同一切口内的髂骨骨膜移植股骨头软骨再造术。临床使用16例表明有如下优点：①同一切口，就近取材，不增加创伤②骨膜可取量大③无重要脏器、血管、神经损伤之虞。④髂骨骨膜可大片取下，亦是其它大关节软骨再造（如髌骨）良好的骨膜源。更多还原

【Abstract】 We designed the cartilage restoration of qemoral head with implantationof iliac periosteum. 16 cases of the restoration operation were performed with excel-lent results. The advantages of this operation are: 1. Only one incision is needed.2. A large quantity of oliac periosteam can be taken. 3.
