【Abstract】 Effects of rhynchophylla total alkaloids (RTA) on sinus node functionand electrocardiogram were investigated in anesthetized rabbits. RTA (8mg/kg iv)decreased heart rate and prolonged P-R interval of ECG. These effeects were in-creased further more by 15 mg/kg of RTA, meanwhile both SACT and SNRT werelengthened, but the change of SNRT was temporal. The results indicate that inhi-bition on sinus node and airioventricular conduction is nlajor cause of slowing heartrate by RTA.更多还原
