【摘要】 本文报道了１７例Ｒｏｂｅｒｔｓｏｎ易位患者，临床表现为习惯流产、智力低下以及不育或不孕。除了讨论了引起流产和智力低下的原因外，重点探讨了不育的原因，指出，由于Ｒｏｂｅｒｔｓｏｎ易位，减数分裂时同源染色体不能形成一定数量的交叉点，由于配对位点不饱和，同源染色体不能联合，致使精母细胞早期死亡，不能形成精子，因此不育。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of robertson translocation have been reported here,the clinical feature of them is repeat abortion, mental retardation and infertile. Besides cause of abortion and mental retardtion have been discussed, we emphasized on cause of infertile. The results showed that the infertile is due to low chiasma rate which caused by unsatured pairing along autosome chromosomes, low chiasma rate could lead early death of spermtocytes.更多还原
