【摘要】 采用尿路通片治疗尿路结石，设治疗组３１７例，对照组１００例。结果表明：治疗组有效率为９３．３８％，对照组８４％，两组治疗效果差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），且治疗组的治显率为８０．４４％，对照组的治显率为６０％，两组比较差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；关于排石效果，通过“Ｂ超”“Ｘ线”形象学检查证明：治疗组结石排出率为６２．１５％，优于对照组的３９％。此外，临床尚观察到部分患者尿中未见结石排出，但Ｘ线和Ｂ超检查结石消失或缩小，说明本药除有排石效能外，尚可能有溶石作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Niao Lu Tong (NLT) is a new drug for urinary calculus. Three hundred andseventeen cases were studied with 100 cases as control. The results showed that the effectiverate of NLT group was 93. 38 % and that of control group was 84. 00 % (P<0. 01) . Thestone elimination rate shown by B-ultrasonography and X-ray film was 62. 15 % and 39. 00%respectively (P<0. 01) . In some cases, although there were no stones found in the urine,but the stones disappeared or became smaller as shown by B-ultrasonography and X-ray film.It is suggested that NLT can not only eliminate stones but also exerts a litholytic effect.更多还原
