【摘要】 本文对９０例白血病骨髓移植术（ＢＭＴ）后患者胸片的Ｘ线表现进行了回顾性分析。其中，６４例（７１％）胸片显示病理改变，Ｘ影像主要可分为三型：①结节空洞型；②肺实质浸润型；③间质性肺炎型。进一步认识这些Ｘ影像表现对于ＢＭＴ术后肺部合并症的诊断有着重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ninety cases of Leukamia in chest radiography of bone marrow transplant (BMT) recipients were studied. There were pulmonary complication in sixty-four of the ninety cases. These sixty-four were documented and three diffrent patterns appeared in their chest radiography:①Nodular and cavitation;②Pulmonary parenchymal infiltration;③Pulmonary intestitial Pneumonia.更多还原
