阴道超声探查对早孕人类胚胎超微结构的影响
Effects of Vaginosonography on Human Embryonic Ultrastructure in Early Pregnancy
【摘要】 本文报道了阴道超声辐射后人类胚胎绒毛超微结构的改变。将9名早孕妇女随机分成正常对照组(A组)、辐射5分钟组(B组)、辐射10分钟组(C组)。结果发现,用阴道超声特续照射10分钟可使微绒毛断裂、丢失、杂乱无章及粗面内质网扩张等。
【Abstract】 Changes in ultrastructure of human villi exposed to vaginosonography were studied.9 cases of early pregnant women were by random divided into three groups:A(control group) B(respectively exposed for 5 minutes)and C(respectively exposed for 10 minutes).The result shows that breaking、losing、disorganized of the microvilli and expandding of RER were found in continuous exposure for 10 minutes.
