【摘要】 醒脑健神丹、清开灵并用为脑出血急性期治疗复方.本实验通过对Ⅶ型胶原酶诱发的大鼠脑出血模型血浆VWF、血小板聚集功能、纤维蛋白原、红细胞膜胆固醇、红细胞压积、红细胞变形性的研究,结果说明此方药可促进脑血管内皮细胞损伤的修复,提高脑血管自动调节功能,通过调节止血和纤溶,起到止血不留瘀,破瘀不伤血之功效.脑出血病人多数患有高血压、动脉硬化,实验表明本复方可降低红细胞膜胆固醇,改善红细胞变形性,恢复正常血液粘度,达到活血破瘀之功效.脑出血急性期主要病理变化为出血引起的脑局部组织的水肿、缺氧,中医认为痰瘀互阻,瘀则生水,这种痰瘀正是缘由风阳暴张,风火相煽,血随气逆的结果.因此,清热化瘀、活血止血、破瘀通络药齐用可达到消炎、消肿,改善血循环.使气血周流.清阳之气得舒,醒神开窍之目的.更多还原

【Abstract】 Pill for restoring consciousness and Qingkailing Injectio are used in combination for treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Our study was designed to investigate the effect of combined use of two medicines on plasmatic VWF, platelet aggregating function , fibrinogen, cholesterol in erythrocytic membrane . packed cell volume and deformability of RBC of rats with cerebral hemorrhage induced by applying collagenase VII. The results reveal that the drugs can promote repair of the en-dothelial cell of cerebral vessel and improve the self-regulating function of cerebral vessel. By regulating the blood coagulation and the fibrinolytic function,the drugs can stop bleeding without inducing stasis and destroy stasis without causing blood impairment. Most of patients of cerebral hemorrhage have also suffered from hypertension and arteriosclerosis. The experiment shows that the drugs can lower cholesterol in erythrocytic membrane,improve the disformability of RBC and restore the normal blood viscosity to activate blood circulation and destory blood stasis. The main pathologic change in the initial stage of cerebral hemorrhage is the local edema and hypoxia of brain tissue. In the view of TCM,the main problem is the obstruction caused by phlegm and stasis,which result from the sudden onset of wing-yang. The wind makes qi and blood flow abnormal. So the combined use of drugs with functions of clearing heat, resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation,stopping bleeding, destroying stasis and activating channels can attain the results of anti-inflammation and detumescence, improving blood circulation,helping the qi and blood to flow freely and the yang move smoothly,and restoring consciousness.更多还原
