【摘要】 ８１例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）随机分为治疗组４１例服国产格列吡嗪，对照组４０例服进口同类药物美吡哒，治疗３个月，两组均能明显地降低ＦＢＳ、１ｈ－ＢＳ、２ｈ－ＢＳ、ＨｂＡＩｃ、ＴＵＳ（分别Ｐ＜０．０５和＜０．０１），上述指标治疗的总有效率分别为４１．５％～９７．５％和４７．５％～９２．５％，作用相似。治疗３个月Ｆ－ＩＮＳ、１ｈ－ＩＮＳ、２ｈ－ＩＮＳ无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。未见明显的毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus were ran-domly divided into two groups and treated with home made glipizide in one group(41 cases)and with imported glipizide in another(40 cases)for 3 months. FBS,2h-BS,HbAIc and TUS were significantly reduced in both groups with a total effective ratio of 41.5%～97.5%for the first group and 47.5%～92.5%for the other group.No ap-parent changes occured during 3 months treatment in respect of F-INS, 1h-INS, 2h-INS.
