【摘要】 通过有关文献的计量研究及脑活素使用情况的调查,认为脑活素的临床疗效尚未得到国际医药学界公认,国外应用极少,而我国应用广泛。同时进行了脑活素治疗脑血管疾病的回顾性研究,选择脑活素治疗组(32例)和对照组(30例),两组病例均用常规脱水,控制血压及活血化淤等一般支持疗法。治疗组在此基础上加用脑活素20ml静滴,采用统一疗效评价标准。结果,治疗组总有效率59.4％,对照组总有效率56.6％,经卡方检验,两组疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究表明:脑活素在脑血管病治疗中的疗效不确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Data from literatures research and investigation on conditions of cerebrolysin use suggested that the clinical efficacy of cerebrolysin haven’t been recognized by international medical world and it was seldom used in foreign countries but extensively in China.A retrospective study on cerebrolysin in treatment of cerebrovascular disease was conducted in patients. They were divided into 2 groups,treatment group of 32 patients and placebo group of 30 patients. General supportive therapy was administered to patients in both groups but the patients in treatment group were given 20ml of cerebrolysin by iv. in addition. The response rate was 59. 4% for treatment group and 56. 6% for placebo group. There is no significant difference in efficacy in both groups. Therefore, it can be concluded that the efficacy of cerebrolysin in treatment of cerebrovascular disease weren’t definitive.更多还原
