【摘要】 用西艾克治疗非何杰金恶性淋巴瘤15例、卵巢癌11例、肺癌28例共54例。分别采用单药和联合化疗方法,结果完全缓解17例,部分缓解17例,稳定20例。其中单药完全缓解1例,联合化疗完全缓解16例。联合化疗疗效优于单药化疗。副作用主要是血液系统及消化道毒性反应,经对症治疗及停药后逐渐消失。未见心肝肾毒性,均可耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 54 patients with non-Hodgkin’s malignancies including 15 cases ofmalignant lymphoma,11 cases of ovarian cancer and 28 cases of lung cancer were treated with vindesine sulfate injection in single or combined therapy. Of them 17 were completely alleviated, 17 were partially alleviated and 20 were stablized. In single drug therapy group 1 patient was completely alleviated and 16 patients were completely alleviated in combined drug therapy group. The main adverse reaction of this drug are in blood and digestive systems which can be subsided by symptomic treatment after stopping medication.更多还原
