Alzheimer型痴呆和多发梗塞痴呆的定量脑电地形图研究

【摘要】 对12例Alzheimer型痴呆(DAT)、15例多发梗塞性痴呆(MID)、15例健康对照组的脑电地形图的定量研究显示:痴呆病人慢波功率的增多不同于正常老化,θ功率是最早增高的指标;MID较DAT有更多的不对称性改变;脑电功率不仅与痴呆程度有量化联系,而且和特定认知功能也有量化联系;首次发现DAT和MID各有不同的脑电功率和认知功能的量化联系方式。结果表明定量脑电地形图在痴呆研究中有一定应用前景。

【Abstract】 The quantitative EEG mapping were compared among 15 patients with dementia ofAlzheimer’s type (DAT),15 multi infarct dementia (MID) and 15 age matched normal controls.The results indicated that both the absolute and relative powers of slow waves were significantly higherin dementia groups than in controls, theta power being changed earlier than any others. MID showed more asymmetric distribution than DAT.The authors further found that the brain electric band powercorrelated not only with severity of dementia,but also with specific cognitive function deficit;and thatdifferent type of dementia had different correlating style. These results demonstrated a promising appli-cation of EEG mapping in dementia research.
