【摘要】 解毒护肝冲剂治疗慢性活动性乙型肝炎62例。HBeAg、HBV-DNA阴转率66.67％、48.76％,均优于复肝康冲剂对照组(P<0.05);血清白蛋白均值由35.67g/L增高至41.11g/L,球蛋白由32.22g/L降至26.44g/L。临床基本治愈率、显效率分别为29.03％、43.55％。在服药过程中未发现毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 62 patients with chronic active hepatitis B were treated by Jiedu Hugan Granule. The conversion rates of HBeAg and HBV-DNA positive into negative were 66.67% and 48.76% respectively, compared with that of control group (treated by Fugankang Granule) , the conversion rates all were significantly higher (P<0. 05). Moreover, the average level of serum albumin was increased from 35.67g/L to 41.11 g/L,the average level of serum globulin was decreased from 32. 22 g/L to 22. 44 g/L. The clinical cure rate and marked effective rate were 29.03% and 43.55% respectively. During the period of medication no toxicity was found.更多还原
