【Abstract】 Hepatocarcinoma model was induced in rats by diethylnitrosamine (DEN) and aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), and was observed by pathological picture and biochemical criterion. The result showed that the prescription of nourishing yin can reduce the dysplasia of hepatocyte in model rat, reduce the increase range of activity of GGT and GST in hepatic tissue, and it of ALP in serum.
