低能量He—Ne激光氧液的临床应用
Effects and Treatment of He-Ne Low-energy Laser Oxidation Infusion
【摘要】 低能量He-Ne激光氧液治疗临床难治性心、脑、肝、肺等组织缺血缺氧性疾病(激光氧液以5%葡萄糖液5毫升/公斤体重,He-Ne激光功率3毫瓦,氧气流量2升/分钟,照射时间8分钟配制而成,静脉滴注速度每分钟50滴,每日一次,十次为一疗程),取得了满意的效果,和其它He-Ne弱激光血液照射技术、治疗方法比较,激光氧液有明显的优越性和先进性。
【Abstract】 By applying He-Ne low-energy laser oxidated infusion to treatment of anoxia ischemic diseases of the heart, brain, liver or lung that are difficult to cure. The basic compound of He-Ne laser oxidated infusion is:5ml/kg, 5% glocose irradiated with 3mw He-Ne laser for 8 minutes with oxygen flow of 2 liters/ minute. Intravenous injection is limited to 50 drops/min,500ml per day and 10 days one course of treatment. It shows that this method is of satisfying advantages, compared with other methods using He-Ne low energy laser radiation. in patients of anoxia ischemic diseases.
