【摘要】 采用大肠埃希氏菌的噬菌体Ｅ－１、Ｅ－２、Ｅ－３、Ｅ－４和志贺氏菌的噬菌体Ｓｈ（又称Ｅ－５），对自江西省临床痢疾病人分离的２９０株福氏志贺氏菌进行噬菌体分型结果，与肠杆菌科噬菌体裂解模式相配合，可将福氏志贺氏菌分为１８个噬菌体型。与血清学分型结果相配合，共可将其分为５７个血清噬菌体型。分型结果表明，来自南昌市的菌株主要是散在发生；但福氏２ａ型的２７／４－１、２３／４－１、０３／４－１型和福氏１ｂ型的０３／４－１型，分别在宜春、吉安、抚州、赣州等地区形成局部流行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of phage typing of 290 cultures of Shigella flexneri isolated from dysentery cases in Jiangxi by means of coliphage E-1, E-2, E-3,E-4 and Shigella phage Sh(i. e. E-5 ),were reported in present paper. These S. flexneri cultures can be divided in to 18 phage types,and 57 sero-phage types. It is Shown that the cultures isolated from Nanchang were sporadic, and the cultures of phage types 27/4-1, 23/4-1 and 03/4-1 of S. flexneri 2a, and phage type 03/4-1 of S. flexneri 1b were locadized epidemic in Yichun, Ji-an, Fuzhou, and Ganzhou.更多还原
