柴油机排出颗粒物的分散度及其化学组分研究
Study of Dispersity of Diesel Particles and Their Chemical Components
【摘要】 利用DFJ-1型五码分级器对3种型号柴油机车排出颗粒物进行分级采样,并对此3型颗粒物进行有机提取物组分分析。结果发现:柴油机排出颗粒物的分散度,<1.1~2.0μm约占总排出颗粒物的60~83%,极大部分均属呼吸性尘粒,其有机提取物均可分离为有机酸(F1)、有机碱(F2)、脂肪烃(F3)、多环芳烃(F4)及极性化合物(F5)5个组分。其构成比以F2、F3、F5较高,F1其次,F4较低。
【Abstract】 The dispersity of 5 kinds of diesel particles were collected and detected by using high volume air sampler with DFG-1 meter, and 3 kinds of diesel exhaust particles were extracted and analysed. The result showed that 60~83 % diameters of diesel particle were less than 1. 1~ 2. 0μm. Most of them can enter alveolar bronchiole. Each kind of diesel particles was divided into five chemical componets. They are organic aced fraction(F1), organic base fraction(F2), aliphatic hydrocarbon(F3), aromatic hydrocarbon(F4) and polar fraction (F5).
