镉对大鼠肝、肾中锌、铜水平的影响

【摘要】 雄性Wistar大鼠经腹区注射80μg/kg镉染毒4周,应用AAS测定镉在各器官中的分布及其对肝和肾中锌、铜水平的影响.结果表明,肝肾中镉含量为所测器官心肌、脾、脑等镉含量的67%.在镉的影响下,肝脏中的锌比对照组增高了30%,肾脏中的锌比对照组升高了20%,肝脏中的铜含量下降.为对照组的44%,而肾脏中升高1.5倍.

【Abstract】 Male wistar rats were treated daily by intraperitoneal injection Of 80μg Cd/Kg for 4 weeks. The distribution of Cd in the organs was observed and the concentrations of Zn and Cu in the body were determined. The results showed that the liver and kindey concentrated 67% of total Cd. Effect of cadmium on concentration of zinc and copper in liver and kidney were noted. Significant increases in hepatic and renal Zn levels in rats treated with Cd were found, i. e. 30% increase in liver and 20% in kidney. In the liver and kidney.Cu concentration reduced in Cd-treated rats to he 44% as much as that of the control rats. The Cd-treated animals showed about 1. 5 fold increase in renal Cu.
