细胞壁羟脯氨酸和游离脯氨酸与棉花对枯萎病抗性的关系
Involvement of Cell-Wall Hydroxyproline and Free Proline in the Resistance of Cotton Seedlings to Fusarium Wilt
【摘要】 氟乐灵处理能推迟棉苗枯萎病症状的出现、降低发病株率和病情指数,说明氟乐灵处理能提高棉酋对枯萎病的抗性。在健康棉苗中,抗病品种(中棉12)细胞壁结合的羟脯氨酸含量显著高于感病品种(6037),但游离脯氨酸含量无明显差异。在氟乐灵处理和未处理而接种棉枯萎病菌的两个处理中,两个品种的细胞壁结合的羟脯氨酸和游离脯氨酸含量均高于各自的健康株对照,而且抗病品种中的含量都高于感病品种,说明细胞壁结合的羟脯氨酸和游禹脯氨酸的积累是氟乐灵诱发的抗病性表现及棉苗受枯萎病菌侵染后抗性反应的生化机制之一。
【Abstract】 In greenhouse test, cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) seedlings were grown in soils pretreated with trifluralin at 2 μg/g soil, then inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum. It was found that the trifluralin treatment enhanced the resistance of cotton seedlings to Fusarium wilt with delayed disease development and reduced disease incidence and seventy(Fig. 1 ). In healthy cotton seedlings,the level of cell-wall hydroxyproline in the leaf, stem and root of the seedlings of Zhongmian 12, a resistant cultivar,was significantly higher than that of the 6037, a susceptible cultivar, but the level of free peoline in the former was similar to that in the latter. When cotton seedlings were pretreated with trifluralin or inoculated with F. oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum, the levels of cell-wall hydroxyproline and free proline in tissues of both cultivars increased markedly, and those in the resistant cultivar increased more markedly than those in the susceptible one (Figs. 2, 3, 4 and 5). Therefore, the accumulation of both cell-wall hydroxyproline and free proline in the tissues is considered to be a biochemical response of cotton seedlings to trifluralin treatment and /or pethogen infection.And this response is involved in the resistance of cotton plants induced by trifluralin treatment.
