【Abstract】 A sensitive and selective method is presented for the direct determination of trace zinc in serum by linear scaning polarog-raphy. In NH1OH-NH1Cl substrate solution. a sharp reductive peak relating to the concentration of zinc ion appears at -1-39v(VS. SCE). The peak height is proportional to the con-centration of zinc ion over a range of 0. 01μg/ml. Several samples of zinc in serum have been analyzed by the recommended procedure and the results agree well with the statistical analysis.更多还原
