草莓灰霉菌毒素的分离及硅胶薄层层析

【摘要】 草莓灰霉菌毒素对热较稳定,长时间光照可使毒素活性降低,提高pH值能使毒素钝化。培养液中的毒素可用乙酸乙酯和氯仿萃取出来。其萃取液呈现特征性吸收峰。毒素萃取液经硅胶薄层层析的结果表明,毒素具有三个组分,Rf值分别为0.59(Ⅰ)、0.75(Ⅱ)和0.96(Ⅲ),经毒力测定,组分Ⅰ和Ⅲ是毒素的主要活性成分。灰霉菌毒素对草莓愈伤组织细胞的线粒体和内质网的结构造成严重破坏,从而使细胞致死。

【Abstract】 The toxins produced by Batrytis cinerea Persoon are stable to heat but not to light. Their toxictity was inhibited at pH 8. The crude toxins were obtained from cultured liquid by extraction with ethyl acetate or chloroform. Purified toxin exhibited special ultraviolet absorptin maximum. The gel TL chromatography of the toxin showed that there are three components in it. Their Rf value was 0. 59 ( I ) , 0. 75 (( II ) , 0. 96 ( III ) respectively. The test on toxicity showed the component I and III were the main parts. The toxin from Botrytis cinerea Persoon badly damaged the membrane structure of mitochondria and ergastoplasm of the callus cells of Fraguria ananassa and caused the death of the cells.
