松材线虫病组织病理学研究

ON THE PATHOLOGY OF PINE WILT DISEASE CAUSED BY BURSAPHELENCHUS XYLOPHILUS

【摘要】 利用马尾松水培离体松枝作接种试验材料,对松材线虫侵染早期寄主细胞和组织所发生的一系列病理变化作了观察。切片结果表明,接种枝树脂道的细胞最先受到线虫侵袭的破坏。由核变形、胞质凝聚标志的轴向和射线薄壁细胞的死亡,是寄主对线虫侵染的第一个明显的组织病理学反应。这一反应随线虫侵入时间而日益显著,死亡薄壁细胞数量和程度上的逐步增加,反映了病害的发展进程。

【Abstract】 Two or three-year-old aquacultured excised branches of Pinus massoniana was inoculated with Bursaphelenchus xylophilus to demonstrate the pathological responses to nema-todes infection. In the inoculated branch, severity of parenchyma cell death and extent of destruction of epithelial cells directly caused by nematode attack preceded those of any other parts throughout the excised branch. Cell death, signaled by a granulation of cytoplasm, yellowed and browned cell contents, and deformed or missing nuclei of ray and axial parenchyma cells was detected as the first visible pathological responses of pine tissues to nematode infection at an initial stage of pathogensis. A steady increase in numbers and extent of dead parenchyma cells reflected the disease development of pine aquacultured excised branches.
