【摘要】 作者报道了昆虫病原线虫对棉铃虫室内测试的致死效果。试验采用人工饲养的棉铃虫1—5龄幼虫和蛹。当益害比为80:1时,1—5龄幼虫2天的校正死亡率分别是6.779％、70.968％、96.610％、93.750％和100％;益害比为40:1时,3天的校正死亡率分别是21.818％、87.931％、98.333％、96.667％和96.667％。在含水量为6.591％,深度为5cm的沙中,益害比为200:1时,棉铃虫蛹的校正死亡率为82.284％。试验在25±1℃的培养箱中进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lethal effect of entomophagous nematode Taishan 1 Heterorhabiditis sp. on the larvae and pupae of cotton bollworm Helicoverpa armigera (Hilbner) were studied in incubators under 25 ± 1℃. Under the ratios of 80:1 and 40 : 1 of nematodes to larvae , the rectified mortalities of 1st - 5th instar larvae by synthetic rearing were 6.779%, 70. 968%, 96. 610%, 93. 750% and 100% (2 days after inoculation), and 21.818%, 87. 931%, 98.333%, 96. 667% and 96. 667% (3 days after inoculation), respectively.
