感染白叶枯病后水稻叶片光合同化物对病害的补偿作用

【摘要】 水稻抗白叶枯病品种IR 26和感病品种金刚30在拔节期接种白叶枯病菌后,接种叶片净光合速率均下降,而与病叶相邻的健叶的净光合速率则明显增加,在穗期,IR 26接种叶片的14C同化物累积率和运输到穗的百分率均高于金刚30;IR 26与病叶相邻的健叶,14C同化物输向接种病叶和穗的百分率高于金刚30。这表明抗病品种IR 26接种病叶和健康叶片光合同化物对病菌侵染和产量损失的补偿作用较强,相反,金刚30则不明显。

【Abstract】 The photosynthesis of rice leaves of both resistant variety IR26 and susceptible variety Jingang 30 decreased when they were infected with Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae at jointing stage, but the photosynthesis of their adjacent healthy leaves increased obviously. At ear stage, the rate of accumulation of 14C-assimilator in infected leaves of IR26 was higher than that of Jingang 30, the amount of 14C-assimilator transported to rice ear was higher than that of Jingang 30. The 14C-assimilator of the adjacent healthy leaves in IR26 transported to the infected leaves and rice ear was more than that in Jingang 30. This indicated that the photosynthetic assimilator of the healthy and infected leaves in resistant variety IR26 could compensate for bacterial infection and losses of yield stronger than that did in susceptible variety Jingang 30.
