前向式多叶片离心通风机噪声机理及治理研究──二、整流丝网降噪的优化方法及实验研究
Research on Mechanism and Reduction of Noise for Rorward Curved Blade Centrifugal Fan Part2.Experiment and Optimum Study of the Transition Meches Used as Noise Reduction
【摘要】 根据前向式多叶片离心通风机噪声治理原则[1],采用整流丝网对其实施降噪治理。本文首先阐述整流丝网的降噪机理,然后,针对整流丝网降噪措施造成的压力损失过大和高频噪声升高的问题提出了一种实用的风机降噪措施优化方法,并以这种优化方法为指导,以降低风机比A声级为目标,对整流丝网降噪措施进行了大量的试验优化,确定了降噪效果好的整流丝网诸参数。
【Abstract】 According to the principles of the noise reduction of the forward curved blade centrifugal fan,the transition meches was adopt to reduce the noise.First,the mechanism of the noise reduction by the transition meches was Interpreted,and then put out a useful method for optlmzing the fan noise reduction masurement.Gurded by the optlmzing method,the transition mechcs’ structure and paremeters are studied and optlrnzed.At last,a fairly good effectlon of the noise reduction Is obtained.At the same time,the pressure loss and the high frenquce noise level’s Increasing lsllmlted as soon as possible.
