【摘要】 35周龄海兰种蛋鸡150只,随机分成5组,每组30只,第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组于基础日粮中分别添加β-羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Ge-132)50、100、150、200mg/kg,第Ⅴ组作为对照组,只喂基础日粮。持续饲喂25d。于试验前及试验后第5、10、15、20日分别测定血锗含量、血清SOD活性、全血GSH-Px活性以及血清LPO含量。试验结果:(1)第Ⅰ~Ⅳ组鸡血锗含量比对照组(Ⅴ)显著增多(P<0.01),而第Ⅰ~Ⅳ组间未见明显规律性剂量依赖关系;(2)第Ⅰ~Ⅳ组鸡血清SOD活性和全血GSH-Px活性比对照组(Ⅴ)明显增强,而血清LPO含量却显著降低(P<0.01);(3)血锗含量与血清SOD和全血GSH-Px活性呈正相关(r=0.463和0.529),而与血清LPO含量呈强负相关(r=-0.751)。试验结果表明,Ge-132能明显地增强鸡体抗氧化系统功能。
【Abstract】 One hundred and fifty healthy laying hens aged 35 weeks were randomly divided into five groups (30 hens per group). The basal diets were added 50, 100,150 and 200 mg Ge-132/kg in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ respeetively. The control(Ⅴ)hens were fed the basal diet during 25 days of the experiment. The germanium contents of blood were determined after oral administration of Ge-132 hens. Meanwhile,the serum LPO content and serum SOD and blood GSH-Px activities were examined at 0,5th,10th,15th and 20th day. The results showed as follows:1.Blood germanium contentsof group Ⅰ-Ⅳ were significantly more than those of the control(Ⅴ).There were no regularly dose-dependent relation between group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲand Ⅳ. The germanium con-tents of blood had no differences between the tenth and twentieth day.2. The activitiesof serum SOD and blood GSH-Px of groupsⅠ-Ⅳ were significantly (P < 0.05)more than those of group Ⅴ,but the serum LPO contents of groupⅠ-Ⅳ were lower thanthose of group Ⅴ.3.There were significantly positive correlations between blood ger-manium and serum SOD and blood GSH-Px activities and the correlation coefficient were 0.463 and 0. 529 respectively. But the relationship between blood germanium and serumLPO contents was negative(r=-0.751).4.The regular changes of serum LPO con-tents and SOD and GSH-Px activities were not observed in groups Ⅰ-Ⅳ during the ex-periment. The experimental results confirmed that Ge-132 in the diet could significantlyenhance antioxidant function in laying hens, which might provide the basis for elucidat-ing the biological mechanism of Ge-132 in the body and application of Ge-132 to clinicalpractices.
