【摘要】 试验通过给种母鸡饲喂添加适量Ge-132的饲料,获取富锗种蛋,孵化后研究了它对子代雏鸡自由基代谢的垂直影响。将4组富锗种蛋(每枚蛋平均含锗量分别为69.7523、61.4856、58.1892、76.0350μg)孵化出的雏鸡,随机各取50只,分别编为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组;普通种蛋(每枚蛋平均含锗量1.5991μg)孵出的雏鸡50只作为对照,为第V组,饲养于标准的相同环境条件中,自由采食和饮水。于1日龄及10日龄各组随机取出6只,分别采血并剖杀取肝、肾、心肌及胸腺、法氏囊等,应用顺磁共振技术测定其自由基含量。(1)Ⅰ~Ⅳ组1日龄雏鸡血液自由基含量均明显低于V组(P<0.01);(2)肝、肾、心肌、胸腺、法氏囊等组织自由基与血液自由基含量呈正相关,且Ⅰ~Ⅳ组均明显低于对照V组;(3)10日龄的检测结果与1日龄的基本相同。据以证实,Ge-132对子代雏鸡的自由基代谢有明显的垂直影响,且可持续至10日龄阶段。本研究为对母代种鸡进行适量有机锗添加剂饲喂,以提高1~10日龄的子代雏鸡的抗氧化功能,增强其免疫力,提供了根据。
【Abstract】 The fertilized eggs enriched in germanium were collected from laying hens which havefed on the diets containing different amounts of G-132.The vertical effects of germanium on free radicalmetabolism of filial chicken after hatch of these fertillzed eggs were;tudied.The chicken were randomlvditided into 4 groups:Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups, 50 each. The normal chicken were used as the control(V)group. All chicken were fed under the same standard enviroment. The whole blood, liver,kid-ney, heart n1uscles, thymus and bursa of fabricii were taken at 1 and 10 days of age, Free radical con-tents of blood and tissues were determined by electron spin resonance(ESR). The experiment results;howed as follows:1.Free radical contents of blood at the first day after hatch in group Ⅰ-Ⅳ were sig-niflcantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).2.There were significant correlation of free-radical contents among blood, liver, kidney,thymus and bursa of fabricii.3. The changes of free radi-cal contents in blood and tissues at 10 days of age were identical with those of free radical content:atthe first day after hatch.It confirmed that the G-132 in the diets has significant vertical influence onfree radical metabolism in filial generation chicken, and the influence could last for 10 davs.
