“稀土”对平菇产量及质量的影响
THE EFFECTS OF RARE METAL ON THE YIELD AND QUALITY OF P.OSTHEATUS
【摘要】 实验表明，用３０ｐｐｍ的“稀土”处理，可使平菇增产１２．８５％，蛋白质含量增加５．７３％，Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ和Ｃｕ的含量分别增加７３．４２％、４０．３４％和１９．３７％。
【Abstract】 Experiment indicates,with 30ppm rare metal,the yield of P,ostreatus can inerease by 12.85%. Besides,the protein content can increase by 5.73%,and the Fe、Zn、Cu coutent can increase by 73.42%、40.34%,19.37%.
